Very many times we make the mistake of thinking that we are right when actually we are very wrong. Even as Christians we often hold ourselves in high esteem while we look down on others and condemn them in our ignorance. In his proclamation of the good news, the Lord Jesus teaches us that we must appreciate the goodness of God in others. Let us reflect on the Lord’s message to us and pray for the grace to see God’s goodness beyond ourselves.
